Injector Seal Kit WHT000884 059130519 WHT007480A for Audi A4 B8, A5, Q5, A6 C6 and SEAT Exeo 2.0 TDI, Plate-Type (2008 to 2011)

A complete set of seals and washers for refitting all four injectors on the early 2.0 TDI common rail engine, the version where each injector is held down by its own tensioning plate and two nuts. Checked against VW Group parts data for each vehicle listed below, down to engine code.

12 pieces. Enough for all four injectors. Tensioning plates, end caps and nuts are not included; refit your originals. Not sure whether your injectors are plate type or clamp type? Message us your VIN or registration and we will check.

Your engine code is on the sticker in the service book, on the spare wheel well label, or on the engine itself.

For injectors 03L130277 and 03L130855X (no letter after 277). CBDA and CBEA are matched by engine family; message us your VIN to confirm.

Vehicles this kit fits

Many models changed to the later engine during 2010 and 2011. Where a vehicle record also covers later codes, they are shown in red: those engines take our Kit 1 instead.

• Match your engine code to the list above. If it isn't listed, send us your VIN or registration and we'll check before you order.
• For the 2.0 TDI common rail engine, which has four-letter engine codes. It does not fit the older pumpe-duse 2.0 TDI (three-letter codes such as BKD, BKP, BMP).
• Not for the later 2.0 TDI with clamp bolts (codes such as CFFB, CFHC, CJCA, CGLC). Those take our Kit 1.

About the parts

Every part is matched to the VW Group part number it replaces. Seals are FKM (fluoroelastomer) and made to the specification of the originals. The return line O-ring is green, as VW supply it. Each kit is labelled with its part numbers and batch.
