Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return postage: email us at contact@ripspec.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label.

Items should be unused and returned in the RIPSPEC bag they arrived in. Seals and washers that have been fitted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, usually much sooner. You will get an email when the refund is issued.

Wrong part for your vehicle

Every product page lists the vehicles and engine codes each kit fits. If you are not sure, send us your registration or VIN before you order and we will check. If a part still turns out not to fit, return it under the 30-day policy above.

Faulty items

All RIPSPEC kits carry a 1-year warranty. If a part is faulty, contact us and we will replace it or refund you, including postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason.
