RIPSPEC is a family-owned business supplying fasteners, clips and sealing components for vehicles. We focus on the small but essential parts that complete a repair: bolts, specialist fasteners, clips, seals, O-rings, washers and gaskets that are often hard to identify or buy individually, especially for older vehicles that deserve to stay on the road.
Kits built around the job
You've got the part. RIPSPEC supplies everything needed to fit it. Our kits gather the seals, washers and fasteners a specific job calls for, including the small items that get damaged during removal, lost on the workshop floor, or should never be reused.
Genuine means genuine. Equivalent means equivalent.
Every RIPSPEC product states which, and the specification behind it.
- RIPSPEC Verified. When a part carries the RIPSPEC name, it has been sourced to our specification, checked for fitment and quality, and supplied from the UK.
- Genuine OEM. Where a component is a genuine manufacturer part, such as our BMW throttle body bolts, it is clearly identified as such.
RIPSPEC Verified
Every RIPSPEC product starts with a defined specification for the job it does. We build that specification from original equipment information, recognised engineering standards, supplier documentation, dimensional checks and incoming inspection. We don't source a generic part because it looks right or appears against a part number. We identify the characteristics that matter (thread, length, head and drive, material and strength grade, coating or finish, and the OE reference), source against them, keep batch records, and inspect incoming stock.
Checked fitment
Every product page lists the vehicles, engine codes and OE part numbers each kit covers, checked against manufacturer parts data. If your vehicle isn't listed or you're not sure, email contact@ripspec.co.uk with your registration or VIN and we'll check before you order.
Trade
Garages and trade buyers can order multi-packs and regular supply. Email us and we'll set up an account with monthly invoicing.
